Library Director Michael Zeller reported 86,000+ visitors and 98,000 circulations in 2025, representing 10-15% growth.
Police Chief R. Scott Mills requested four patrol officers and a sergeant; Town Manager Dori Vecchio declined to fund them due to budget constraints but indicated the request would be revisited in future cycles.
