Auburn recorded 12 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only two carry a sale price in registry data so far: $40,000 and $170,000, for a reported median of $105,000. The remaining 10 transactions, spread across 12 different streets with no repeats, have no recorded price yet, consistent with the registry's typical reporting lag rather than any withholding by buyers or sellers. The period's top recorded sale was a Boyce Street property at $170,000, sold Sept. 15 from Rondon Francisco Jr. to Digital Federal Credit Union. Nine of the 12 transactions involved a mortgage company, loan servicer or bank as a party, and two involved trustees.
