Conservation Commission approves three wetland applications

Auburn's Conservation Commission voted unanimously to issue an Order of Conditions for Mast Futures LLC's 17,860-square-foot commercial development at 615 Southbridge Street with a condition prohibiting construction within 25 feet of the wetland area, and granted negative determinations for two residential projects. Chair Michael Garland noted approval of the golf simulator project's reduced impervious surface. The commission also approved a negative determination for TEC Associates' Providence and Worcester Railroad Vegetation Management Plan conditioned on advance notification before mid-July herbicide application, and for Leon Boss's shed construction at 19 Nancy Drive contingent on silt fencing during work.
