Auburn Conservation Commission issues compliance certificate, closes Rockland Road hearing. Chair Michael W. Garland led the board's unanimous approval of a Certificate of Compliance for 330 Leicester Street following a March 24 site visit, with the board voting 5-0.

The Commission also voted 5-0 to close a public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Insight Engineering for commercial renovations at 47 and 49 Rockland Road. An Order of Conditions addressing public concerns about erosion protection, snow plowing impacts, and guardrail adequacy will be issued at the board's April 8 meeting. A new Land Use Coordinator was announced to begin work April 6.
