AUBURN — Fire Station Building Committee approves prior meeting minutes and receives construction administration updates. Steven Melingonis of Tecton introduced himself as Lead Architect and stated the Design Team has begun the Submittal Process with Castagna Construction. Connor Sullivan of Leftfield OPM reported a kickoff meeting had taken place and outlined the Change Order process; a groundbreaking ceremony was discussed for possible dates June 2-4, pending Chief Coleman confirmation.
Abe Hafiani of Castagna Construction highlighted the firm's fire station experience. The committee will next meet June 9, 2026.
