Auburn fire station project approves three proprietary building systems for new headquarters. The Fire Station Building Committee unanimously approved Automated Logic for HVAC controls, Plymovent for vehicle exhaust extraction, and Verkada for security—all platforms already in use by the town. Architect Matt Salad of Tecton presented 75 percent construction documents due January 9, with prequalified bid documents going live January 30, 2026.

Project manager Connor Sullivan of Leftfield OPM said bid results are expected mid-March, with construction start targeted for the end of April.
