Nine Auburn deeds recorded in August, but only two reveal a sale price

Auburn recorded nine property deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only two disclosed a sale price: $150,000 for a property in Auburn (address not specified) sold to Cornerstone Bank, and $145,000 for 23 Bryn Mawr Ave., sold to Allcom Credit Union, putting the median at $147,500. The other seven transfers, on Lorna Drive, Appleton Road, Winchester Avenue, Burnett Street, Oak Street, Bylund Avenue and Jay Street, listed no consideration amount. Two deeds moved property within the same family into a trust. Financial institutions were named as buyer or seller on four of the nine transactions. With price data covering only two of nine sales, the record offers limited insight into overall market conditions this period.
