No Sale Prices Disclosed in Any of Auburn's 12 August Property Transfers

Auburn recorded 12 property transfers from Aug. 7 to Sept. 5, 2026, per Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported. The clearest pattern: a bank, loan servicer or mortgage-registration company was named as buyer or seller in eight of the 12 deeds. Hampton Street had two of the period's transfers, more than any other street, including one at 5 Hampton St. where a son was listed as both a seller, alongside his late father's estate, and the buyer. Without pricing data, the dataset does not support conclusions about market tone.
