AUBURN — Planning Board unanimously approves site plan for autism school. The board voted 3-0 to allow the Center for Applied Behavioral Instruction, Inc. to operate a school for children with autism at 16 Albert Street under a revised site plan with no building modifications or zoning changes. Vice Chair Ronald E.
Brooks, Member Glenn Feldman, and Member Dwarakesh Nallan approved the project, noting minimal traffic impact from students who do not drive and limited office staff. The board also unanimously approved a lot combination at 36 and 40 Central Street for residential development and continued a commercial site plan modification request at 282 Southbridge Street to February 10.
