Auburn Planning Board approves wireless telecommunications site plan. The board voted 3-0 to grant Site Plan Approval to New Singular Wireless for a facility at 174 Leicester Street, Map 39 Parcel 30, after the applicant obtained required land disturbance permits (issued January 21, 2026), water district agreement, and Department of Public Works storm water approvals, plus Zoning Board variance relief for setbacks, height, fall zone, and use. The board also continued hearings on two site plan modifications to February 24: Quality Contracting's proposal at 282 Southbridge Street and Castella Waste Systems' application for 15 Hardscrabble Road.
The board referred the 2007-approved Stoneville Estates subdivision status to Town Counsel for review of the approval's continuing validity.
