Planning Board backs Nancy Drive as public way
Planning Board · Meeting of April 14, 2026
Auburn Planning Board unanimously recommends acceptance of Nancy Drive as a public way. The Planning Board voted to recommend to Town Meeting the acceptance of Nancy Drive, completing a road-approval process that originated in 1971. DPW Director and Town Engineer Joanna Paquin confirmed the roadway remains in use and requires only routine paving repairs, estimated at $130,000 to $140,000.
The board also continued two site-plan applications to April 28: Quality Contracting's modification for 282 Southbridge Street and Mast Futures LLC's indoor amusement facility at 615 Southbridge Street, both pending departmental review.
