Planning Board Continues Quality Contracting Case to April 14

Auburn Planning Board continues Quality Contracting site plan case to April 14 as final continuance. The board voted 5-0 to continue Todd Ostrokolowicz of Quality Contracting's requested modification to add two commercial buildings at 282 Southbridge Street after the applicant failed to submit required updated plans to Graves engineering. The board warned the applicant must appear in person on April 14 or the hearing will close without further continuance.
The board also deferred CEMS, LLC appeal settlement discussion to April 14.
