AUBURN — Zoning Board of Appeals approves dual residential permits on Walsh Avenue. The board voted 5-0 to grant Special Permits to developer Peter DiGioia of Linvest Properties LLC for two single-family dwellings with accessible ADU rental units at 31 and 33 Walsh Avenue, located in the Local Business zoning district and Zone II of the Aquifer & Watershed Protection District. Each property will house two families but be taxed as single-family units, connecting to town water and sewer with three parking spaces each, including handicap-accessible spots.
