AUBURN — Zoning Board denies daycare, approves personal kennel. The Auburn Zoning Board of Appeals voted 4-0 to deny Tracy McDonald's special permit for a doggie daycare at 25 Inwood Road, citing noise and safety concerns. The board approved Jarrod Webb's permit for 5 personal dogs at 3 Ashworth Street but unanimously denied his Sniff Spot home occupation.
Vice Chair Michael Marin opposed both uses, while members Richard Kusy and Katelyn Bushe, who had objected to the McDonald daycare, supported the personal kennel.
