Auburn zoning panel rejects utilities from inclusionary bylaw cost formula. The Zoning Bylaw Review Committee, with members Eric Seaman Chilton, Dennis Natoli, and Mike Marshall, reviewed an updated inclusionary zoning draft and decided against including utility costs in affordability calculations. The committee also declined to pursue incentive mechanisms and will revisit the proposal after Assistant Town Manager Paul Dell'Aquila provides requested 10-year development data to estimate the potential affordable-housing impact.
