AUBURN PLANNING BOARD APPROVES INDOOR GOLF SIMULATOR SITE PLAN

Auburn Planning Board approves 16,000-sq-ft golf simulator site plan. Mast Futures LLC, represented by attorney Adam Balderelli of Fletcher Tilton, received unanimous approval for the 10-bay indoor amusement facility on Southbridge Street after agreeing to reduce the building footprint from approximately 17,860 to 16,294 square feet and increase parking from 33 to 40 spaces. Town Planner Rose Russell secured approval for a landscaping plan featuring 30 shrubs along Southbridge Street as an alternative to required tree-buffer plantings.

All votes passed unanimously.
