Auburn Planning Board approves inclusionary zoning requirement for new housing. The board unanimously voted to require fifteen percent of new residential units at eighty percent of area median income for projects with ten or more dwelling units, emerging from the town's housing production plan. The board also unanimously eliminated height restrictions in the Regional Mall Overlay District.
The board continued discussion of a Dunkin Donuts site plan at 481 Washington Street to September 8 and reclassified a Commerce Drive project from minor to major modification in a three-to-one vote.
