Planning Board approves warehouse addition with lighting conditions

Planning Board · Meeting of July 14, 2026

AUBURN — Planning Board approves warehouse addition with fire department lighting restrictions. Auburn's Planning Board unanimously approved a site plan for a 6,600 square-foot warehouse addition at 10 A Street, requiring applicant Pabco Inc. to provide a lighting plan meeting Fire Department standards with directional shielding and no spillover exceeding 0.5 foot candles onto neighboring properties. Chair Ron Brooks, Vice-Chair Glenn Feldman, and member Chris Sequeira voted 3-0 to approve.

The industrial park project will not increase impervious area or add employees, addresses drainage through on-site infiltration, and meets parking minimums by reducing spaces from the prior office configuration.
