Auburn Planning Board backs Southbridge Street commercial plan. Voting unanimously, the board approved a modified site plan for Quality Contracting to construct two commercial buildings with 25 parking spaces at 282 Southbridge Street, reducing outdoor lighting to 15 feet with directional shielding. The board continued a hearing on a 17,860-square-foot indoor golf simulator proposal at 615 Southbridge Street to June 9 and directed town staff to obtain cost estimates for a 2007-approved subdivision at Helens Way that has not yet been built.
