Auburn Economic Development Committee endorses tax classification letter to Select Board. Chair Mary K. Lauria-Joyal led the May 28 meeting with a 3-0 vote to approve the draft response to the board's earlier request for objective criteria for tax classification.
Director Paul Dell'Aquila reported that a May 19 business roundtable attracted over a dozen Auburn business representatives, with town management providing budget and development updates and answering questions. The 2026 Summer concert series features a revamped three-tier business sponsorship program, with ribbon-cuttings scheduled for June 4 at Fire Rescue Headquarters and Wattson Home Services.
