Auburn Deed Data Shows Wide Price Spread as Most September Sale Prices Still Pending
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 12 Auburn property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only three carried a recorded sale price: $605,900, $515,015 and $176,500, for a median of $515,015 among priced sales. The top sale had no listed street address; Mast Futures LLC sold to Sailesh Kumar, who in turn sold 25 Vinal St., Unit 29, the same day. Vinal Street and Wellman Street each logged two transfers. Nine of the 12 deeds named a bank, credit union or mortgage entity as a party, and most sales still await price data, which typically posts within about a week of recording.
