Auburn Records 10 Property Transfers as August Sale Prices Await Filing
Auburn recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but sale prices for all 10 remained unavailable in Worcester County Registry of Deeds records as of this report, so a price range and median could not be calculated. Recorded streets included Hampton Street, Hilltop Farm Road, Jerome Avenue, Packachoag Street, Mayfield Road, Marilyn Drive, Woodside Terrace, Sharon Avenue and Southbridge Street, with no two sales sharing an address. Notable patterns included three lender-to-lender transfers involving Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., a same-day trust transfer among members of the Cowden family, and two transactions involving corporate buyers or sellers. Final pricing data was pending as of this report.
