Auburn development committee schedules June Urban Land Institute planning workshop

Auburn Economic Development Committee confirms June Urban Land Institute workshop on mall corridor planning. The full-day event on June 8 will focus on Auburn Mall to Drury Square with findings presented to the Board of Selectmen. Assistant Town Manager and Director of Economic Development Paul Dell'Aquila will prepare briefing materials including planning summaries, zoning data, and property information.
The committee also received updates on the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission's permitting guide development for small businesses, expected mid-summer 2026.
