Auburn Records 10 Deeds in July, Just One With a Disclosed Sale Price

Auburn recorded 10 property deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one disclosed a sale price: a $368,843 transfer involving sellers Stephen and Pamela McCarthy, recorded July 6. The other nine transactions, including two on Elbridge Road, did not disclose a price, limiting any comparison of range or median across the full period. Five of the 10 filings named Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc as a party alongside lenders including Rocket Mortgage and Quicken Loans, a pattern consistent with mortgage-related recordings rather than typical home sales. Recording activity was concentrated on just two days, July 3 and July 6, with no deeds recorded elsewhere in the period.
