Auburn Sees 15 Deed Transfers as Disclosed Sale Prices Remain Scarce
Auburn recorded 15 property deed transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but sale prices were disclosed in just three, ranging from $70,787 to $1,000,000 with a $150,000 median among those. The period's top disclosed sale was a $1,000,000 transaction recorded July 20 with Clinton Savings Bank as buyer; no street address was specified. Twelve of the 15 deeds named a mortgage-related entity, such as MERS, Rocket Mortgage or a bank, as buyer or seller, and no two sales shared a street. With most prices undisclosed, this period's data offers limited visibility into overall market pricing.
