Auburn Conservation Commission continues hearing on proposed Dunkin at 481 Washington Street. With Chair Michael W. Garland absent, Vice Chair Ricky J.

Arisme led the meeting of five members present. The commission unanimously opened a public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by applicant Matthew Doyle with Branded Realty Group II, LLC for a 6,000-square-foot building with Dunkin drive-thru and convenience store service at the brownfield site. Representatives Robert Branca and Patrick Healy presented details on Getty Petroleum's planned site remediation under a deed restriction and an extensive stormwater management system designed to contain up to six inches of rainfall.

The commission voted 5-0 to continue the hearing to September 23.
